Types of Wines:  mostly red


Main grape varieties:
Reds: syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault, carignan, ...

Whites: Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc, ...

For the southern part, the planting is southern: the last decree of 1996 reinforces the importance of Grenache (40% minimum), Syrah and Mourvèdre for reds and rosés.

The so-called secondary grape varieties cannot exceed 30% of the grape varieties.
